California is unleashing a myriad of new laws next week, just like every year.

There will be more unconscious bias training. How can unconscious people be biased? And victims get more time off. Companies can be fined if they don’t accurately record employee demographics. When asked my race I always put down human. I got scolded for not declaring my preferred pronouns. Eventually I might be walked to the border and asked to leave the state.
